For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working on some of the UK’s largest transformation and change programmes within global organisations including HSBC, Credit Suisse, Citi, Société Générale, FSCS and multiple public sector organisations.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported and led complex programmes spanning technology transformation, business change, regulatory delivery, cyber security, HR systems, ERP implementations and organisational change. I’ve worked alongside senior executives, managed multi-million-pound programmes, built PMO functions from the ground up and helped organisations successfully deliver projects that impact thousands of employees across multiple countries.
But despite the experience I gained, I noticed one recurring problem.
